SEMINAR #2 AUCKLAND

This seminar on women’s health will present a deeper understanding of a woman’s hormonal cycle from the TCM perspective. You will learn to diagnose and treat the various pathological factors affecting women from the menses through the menopause.

We will look at how acupuncture and Chinese herbal formulas can be a powerful help during pregnancy and labor and we will focus on the management of immediate postnatal care as well as on recognizing long term disorders originating from untreated postpartum conditions.

On Sunday we will go in-depth into perimenopausal and menopausal disharmonies and cover specific complications such as fibroids, osteoporosis and uterine bleeding.

We will also cover the basic syndromes of endometriosis and how to manage it with Oriental Medicine through acupuncture and Chinese herbs.

This 2 day seminar covers 12 hours toward recertification purposes
