    The ever so controversial topic.
I was wondering what to recommend a relative who probably wants to do some vaccinations but wants to do it in the healthiest/or least harmful way and maybe not do all of them. They are wondering which ones are more important, which ones are more harmful. They live in Northern California. Any information or recommendations on this subject?

  2. Sorry for the delay in replying and thank you for the question, which I’m sure is on a lot of parent's minds.
I would like to refer you to the book by Randall Neustaedter called “a holistic pediatric guide for parents”, or something like that. (I’m doing a retreat in India at present and do not have the book with me.) There is a whole section on vaccination, very well researched and written, which should answer the exact concerns of your relative.
Generally speaking I would say, wait until the child is at least 6 months of age or is starting to eat solid food. Try not to do the vaccines all together in one shot and make sure the child doesn’t have any illness while receiving the vaccination. The most important and least harmful vaccines will be covered in Randall’s book.
    Best of luck.

Hi Soma, Its Rosemarie from Australia.
Years before I learnt shonishin with you, I did a support for immunisations for a 2/3 yr old. We just did strengthening digestion and immunity stuff and then after, did food stagnation which he did get. With shonishin it would be easy to do all that.

I have been doing regular SNS on 2 kids for nearly a year now. One of them - the boy had a kidney removed last year. Test last month shows that the kidney remaining has grown well, and I also treated him for LPF.. he was getting lots of ear infections.. has only had it once since. Both their immunity to flus has been good and when
they do come down with anything, they recover quickly.

  4. Hi Rosemarie,
Excellent feedback on the use of sho-ni-shin for improving health and strength and to clear LPFs. It is a wonderful support for children with chronic ailments or weak health AND it can be used for acute problems as well.
    Thank you
